Medical Field

Laxative: The ricinoleic acid in castor oil can stimulate intestinal peristalsis and promote bowel movements. It is suitable for dry intestinal constipation, with a general oral dosage of 10-20ml at a time.

Topical Treatment: It can be used to treat burns, scalds, skin ulcers, oral ulcers, etc., promoting wound healing and relieving pain. It can also be used as an adjuvant treatment for breast hyperplasia, relieving symptoms through local hot compresses and castor oil wet compresses.

Industrial Field

Coating Industry: Castor oil can undergo many chemical reactions through its hydroxyl groups, double bonds, and ester bonds. The resulting products are widely used in the coating industry to improve coating properties, such as gloss and durability.
